By using Cyber Bag ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (recipes, reviews, photos, price submissions). By posting content, you grant Cyber Bag a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and use that content within the Service.

You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or infringes on others' rights.

4. Price Data

Price submissions are community-contributed and may not be accurate. Cyber Bag does not guarantee the accuracy of any price information. Always verify prices at the store before purchasing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit intentionally false prices or reviews
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-submit data
• Circumvent security measures or rate limits

6. Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms. Moderation decisions are at our discretion.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cyber Bag is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to inaccurate price data, lost data, or service interruptions.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
